Accessibility
I aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What the site does
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a skip link and a logical heading order
- Visible keyboard focus, and every control works without a mouse
- Text contrast checked against AA in both the dark and light themes
- Respects your system's reduced-motion and colour-scheme settings
- Forms have labels, and status messages are announced to screen readers
How it is tested
Each build is checked with automated tools (axe-core and an HTML validator) in both themes, plus keyboard checks. Automated tools do not catch everything.
